| This service is offered for the passenger of all flights, any airline companies arriving or leaving the International Air Soekarno-Hatta International Airport .Airport Meet and Greet Service includes express passing for the passenger Visa On Arrival (VOA) Counter, passport control. The service is offered to you both at the arrival and the departure terminal for individual or group travelers. Airport Greet and service will allow you to save about 50 minutes of your precious time at the airport and as to avoid every possible difficulty at customs house. Our representative will accompany with you from the arrival hall to pick up zone (and on the contrary), solving all formalities caused by the official registration of your papers, delivery of luggage, etc. | |

Airport Meet and Greet Service procedure on Arrival: |

| Our friendly staff waits for the passenger at the arrival hall after the VOA counter with a sign with the name and company logo on it. The passenger handover their passport, money for buying Visa on Arrival if is required ( US$ 10 for 7days of stay or US$25 for 30 days of stay ) The passenger together with our staff goes down to the passport control which is passed through out of turn. After that the passenger picks up their luggage on a first-come, first-served basis. Then the passenger with our staff go through the customs our staff will accompany the passenger to avoid every possible difficulties at customs house and come out to the airport’s pick up zone. Our staff brings the passenger to the driver. | |

Payment should be settled upon arrival/Departure |
| The passenger should come up to Departure terminal at least two hours before the departure time handover ticket, passport, Airport tax- Rp. 150.000/p and check in baggage to our staff Then our attendant together with the passenger go to the departure area for formalities procedure - The passenger goes through the customs control, registration and passport control out of turn. Then the attendant accompanies the passenger to the waiting room or to VIP Lounge (additional order). The boarding is performed without assistance. |
