Yes we have id card from airport authority that will be allow us into arrival and check in area

What happens if our  baggage sustains damage or Loss whilst in delivery ?
This is extremely unlikely for both of us, to prevent we have system and procedure to minimize that case , since 2004 we have been sent a thousands mishandle baggage to all over area in indonesia and until now 0 record for loss baggage , for secure we always wrap your misshandle baggage with plastic and we always moniitor every single time until your passenger receipt their luggage with ontime ans secure , all baggage already insurance as the airlines regulation usd 20 per kg.
